Hi,
 
 AFAIK "Session Param Value" chunks are allocated as freeable. But you can
easily confirm the same by taking a heapdump at level 2 using the following
command
 
 alter system set events 'immediate trace name  heapdump level 2';

I *think* these allocations are not freeable as long as the session is
"alive".
Correct me if I'm wrong.
